4a. Love and Contact

The course Love and Contact offers an in-depth exploration of the lunar function as the foundation of emotional bonding, learning, and the capacity to love, within the framework of Huber Astrological Psychology. Using the natal chart as an expression of energetic potential, the course examines how human development unfolds through contact, feelings, and relational crises. A clear distinction is made between physical contact, human love, and transpersonal love, corresponding respectively to Saturn, the Moon, and the Sun–Neptune, while integrating the essential roles of Mercury and Jupiter in communication, perception, and trust.

The course addresses core emotional mechanisms such as dependency, fear, psychic wounds, and affective polarities, understanding crisis as a necessary stage in the transformation and purification of the emotional self. A key element of the course is the Contact Diagram, a structured model that allows observation of how relationships begin, develop, deepen, and conclude through the sequence of houses. Special emphasis is placed on the observation of the personal natal chart, enabling participants to recognize relational patterns, modes of loving, and individual evolutionary tasks. The course supports the integration of emotion, awareness, and emotional responsibility as essential foundations for conscious and meaningful relationships.
